If you or someone in your family is living with Type 1 diabetes, then you may be interested in the upcoming Children With Diabetes “Friends for Life” conference, taking place May 5–7, 2017, in Anaheim, California.
The conference, which will be located at the Disneyland Hotel, will include top experts in the diabetes field, children and adults who have diabetes, and their families, all coming together to “make new and lifelong friendships.” There will be scheduled presentations, discussion groups, an evening reception, and various other social and informational events.
Registration is $140 until January 15, 2017, and $150 until April 23, 2017. Registration will reopen on May 5, 2017, at a rate of $175. (Children five and under are $50). The registration fee covers conference attendance, shared meals, the Friday evening reception, and one conference t-shirt per person registered.

Rooms at the Disneyland Hotel are available at a special nightly rate of $208 plus tax until April 5, 2017, or whenever the room block is filled. Rooms can be reserved using the online reservation system.
