Do you have diabetes and experience transitioning from a pediatric to an adult physician for your diabetes care? Are you a health-care provider for children or young adults with diabetes? Then researchers at the University of South Florida want to hear from you!
The investigators are conducting an online survey to learn about people’s “transition experiences with diabetes.” The survey takes roughly 5–10 minutes to complete and is open to people with diabetes who are at least 18 years old as well as to health-care providers who care for children or young adults with diabetes. Questions will cover topics about independence and experiences living with diabetes.
