Help Bring Timesulin to the USA

Text Size:

Do you use an insulin pen to control your diabetes? Then you are no doubt familiar with the anxiety caused by not knowing whether you’ve already taken your shot. Timesulin, a product already in use in 40 different countries, simplifies the process of tracking injections, and it needs your help to come to the United States.

Timesulin is a timer-enabled replacement cap that snaps onto all major disposable insulin pens. It shows how much time has elapsed since the user’s last insulin injection, helping to avoid double doses or skipped doses.

Timesulin is on its way to becoming available in the US, but first, the developers need your help to get the device registered with the US Food and Drug Administration. To that end, they have started an Indiegogo fundraising campaign in an effort to raise $35,000 by April 20, 2014.
