If you are 10 years old or older and have Type 1 diabetes, then Michele Palk, a Master of Psychology student at Adler Graduate Professional School in Toronto, Canada, wants to hear from you.
Palk, who has Type 1, is conducting a survey to learn about how children are told of their diagnosis and what the experience was like. The survey takes roughly 20–30 minutes to complete and responses are confidential. Those who provide an e-mail address will be sent a copy of the results once the survey is completed.
